Засгийн газрын 2023 оны аравдугаар сарын 23-ны ээлжит хуралдаанаар Нийслэл Улаанбаатар хотын замын хөдөлгөөний түгжрэлийг бууруулах, гэр хорооллыг орон сууцжуулах тухай болон дагалдах хуулийн төслүүдийг хэлэлцээд Улсын Их Хуралд өргөн мэдүүлэхээр тогтлоо.
Хууль батлагдсанаар:
-Соёл, боловсрол, спорт, худалдаа үйлчилгээ, орон сууц, нийгмийн болон инженерийн дэд бүтцийн хангамж бүхий дэд төвүүд шинээр бий болно;
-Нийслэл хотын агаар, хөрс, орчны бохирдлын голомт болж байгаа гэр хорооллын бүс болох Сэлбэ, Баянхошуу дэд төвийг орон суужлуулах төслийг эхний ээлжинд эхлүүлэх нөхцөл боломжийг бүрдүүлнэ;
-Ингэснээр хүн амын орлогод нийцсэн, ногоон хөгжлийн загварт тохирсон орон сууц нийлүүлэлтийг хувийн хэвшлийн оролцоотойгоор нэмэгдүүлж, 19,500 орон сууц шинээр баригдаж, 68,250 хүн ая тухтай амьдрах орчин нөхцөл бүрдэнэ;
-Зайлшгүй орон байраар хангагдах шаардлагатай зорилтот бүлгийн иргэдийг түр орон сууцаар хангадаг тогтолцоог нэвтрүүлнэ;
-Сэлбэ, Баянхошуу дэд төвүүдэд суурилсан 25,295 ажлын байр шинээр бий болж, дотоодын нийт бүтээгдэхүүн 2.5 их наяд төгрөгөөр нэмэгдэнэ;
-Эдгээр дэд төв бий болсноор агаарын бохирдол 22, авто замын түгжрэл 36.3 хувиар буурна гэсэн урьдчилсан тооцоо байна.
